Our History
In 2023, BE | Allbrass Industrial sites in Vöhrenbach was integrated into the Borne Brass plant. This restructuring formed the Bons & Evers Group, merging BE Aluschmiede, Alutech, Esvres Matriçage, and BE Allbrass Industrial.
The family handed over the directorship to the first non-family director, ending family involvement in the company’s leadership.
Bencis Capital Partners, in addition to the Evers family, now controls a majority of shares in Bons & Evers Holding.
In 2018, Esvres Matriçage attained ISO 14001 Environmental certification. In the same year, BE Allbrass Industrial in Borne achieved IATF 16949 certification to continue under the industry-standard quality management systems.
In 2016, Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers implemented automated assembly line 3. Brass Forging locations Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers and Siedle Warmpressteile merged into BE | Allbrass Industrial.
Bons & Evers seamlessly integrated the forging departments of Siedle Warmpressteile and Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers, that achieved ISO 14001 certification as well. In 2015, Alutech got ISO 50001, whilst Esvres Matriçage obtained ISO 16949.
In 2010, Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers implemented automated assembly line 1, followed by assembly line 2 in 2012. In 2013, Bons & Evers achieved ISO TS 16949 certification, and BE Aluschmiede achieved ISO 14001 certification.
In 2005, EB Gesenkschmiede GmbH was acquired for the third time and renamed to BE Aluschmiede GmbH and Alutech Kft. Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers also obtained ISO 9001 certification. (Esvres Matriçage achieved ISO 9001 in 1994.)
In 2002, Metaalperswerk Bons & Evers Group completed phase 3 of their new fully-automatic forging shop. In 2003, Bons & Evers Holding acquired Esvres Matriçage. Alutech Kft achieved ISO 9001, ISO 16949, and ISO 14001.
Phase 1 & 2 of the new fully-automatic Forging shop was realized in 1998. In 1999, Bons & Evers’s (made it’s first acquisition of Siedle Warmpressteile in Vöhrenbach, Germany; a marketleader with experience in metalworking for over 200 years.
As Teun Evers' successor, his son Martin Evers was welcomed as the new managing director. Simultaneously a new machining hall was introduced, increasing the total built-up area to 14,000m2, securing an (inter)national market position.
The acquisition and integration of a brand-new production site in Borne was undertaken to expand production capacity in response to increasing demand for hot forging and machining services.
The journey started in 1949 with the independent Dutch family business founded by Henk Bons, Herman, Eef, and Teun Evers. The young company's robust growth and resilience quickly expanded its business activities.
