Creativity and technical knowledge are combined to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. We believe in the power of collaboration and greatly value the input of our clients throughout the entire engineering process. This allows us not only to translate your vision into reality, but also to proactively address any challenges and ensure an optimal end result.

By effectively deploying the competencies within the Engineering teams, we are able to respond quickly and flexibly to changing market conditions and customer needs. Whether it’s supporting the development of a new product concept or optimizing an existing design, at Aluforge, you can count on an excellent collaboration.

Our engineering departments distinguish themselves by focusing on three areas: Customer Focus, Predictability, and State-of-the-Art. We ensure continuity and stability in processes and output, eliminate anything that does not add value for our customers, and ensure that we always lead the way in terms of industry standards; both in terms of products and processes. Our Continuous Improvement department monitors the boundaries and helps ensure a streamlined organization. We strive to not only meet the expectations of our customers, but to exceed them, time and time again.

Hot forging

The hot forging process at Aluforge involves heating metal above its crystallization temperature to make it malleable. This heated metal is placed in a mold and pressed under high pressure, producing complex shapes with high strength. Hot forging offers advantages such as better material flow and improved mechanical properties compared to cold forging. Below, you can read about how the hot forging process unfolds at Aluforge:

Machining

To realize the functionality of a forged part, machining finishing is required. At all locations, Aluforge has fully automatic CNC-controlled machines with which a very high surface quality can be accurately applied. Because both locations are complementary in terms of machinery, an extremely flexible total solution is created for the production of small to medium and large batches.

Assembly

Some clients prefer to be able to purchase a hot forged component without having to do the assembly to the component themselves. They can use our extensive options for manual or automated assembly. Partly because of this expertise, Aluforge has developed into a highly reputable supplier and solution partner.
