At Aluforge, we combine advanced robots and manual techniques to perform a wide range of press operations tailored to the specific requirements of each project. Our facilities are equipped with eccentric and spindle presses operating under different tonnages. For specific tasks, such as test forgings, we use manual forges equipped with strict safety measures according to ISO standards.
Any forge burr is removed immediately after forging, both automated and manual. With both vision-controlled and manual die-cutting processes, we guarantee precision and quality. We develop and produce the unique tooling for punching completely in-house, which underlines our craftsmanship at Aluforge.

We use robots for precise and efficient press operations, which increases production speed and ensures the consistency of our products. At the same time, manual press operations continue to play a crucial role, especially for complex or unique parts where human finesse and experience are indispensable.
Our eccentric presses are ideal for fast and repetitive machining, where their eccentric drive allows them to punch powerfully and accurately. Spindle presses, on the other hand, offer greater control over pressure, making them suitable for operations requiring high precision.

Our presses vary in strength, with tonnages starting at 250,000 kg and going up to 750,000 kg. This variation allows us to handle both light and heavy materials and produce products of different sizes and complexity. The lighter presses are ideal for finer operations and smaller parts, while the heaviest presses of 750,000 kg are suitable for robust parts that require exceptional strength and durability.
This versatility in our press capabilities, combined with the ability to work both automated and manually, allows us to meet the highest demands of our customers, regardless of the complexity or size of the job.
If our parts still contain press burrs after hot forging, these are carefully removed immediately after forging, automated . With the vision-controlled stamping processes we offer a wide range of possibilities, guaranteeing precision, flexibility and quality in our production process. The tooling for punching is developed entirely in-house and produced in our tool shop. We create unique tooling for each part, which allows us to offer customized solutions. This craftsmanship is an essential part of the expertise we possess within Aluforge, and it enables us to consistently deliver high-quality results.
Our advanced vision die-cutting technology uses precise visual detection to scan and cut every detail of the material, resulting in precision and consistency in even the most complex shapes and designs! These punches are integrated in one line with the presses, resulting in a fully automated production line.
In our production process, blasting of forged parts is a crucial step with the main objective of thoroughly cleaning parts. This is essential to deliver clean press and machined parts to our customers. Especially when the parts undergo external surface treatments such as polishing, turning or chrome plating, it is of utmost importance that absolutely no grease or contamination is left behind.
However, there are situations where blasting is absolutely not used, especially for parts that are further processed after forging. Even the smallest damage in these cases can be unacceptable due to the precision required in external machining. Our blasting process is also environmentally friendly. We reuse chips, the residual material from our own production, as blasting media. This recycling process reduces waste and ensures that we continue to provide high-quality, clean parts.
